I’m an architectural designer with over 22 years of experience shaping spaces that inspire. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to design buildings that don’t just stand — they wow. My work has been recognized with multiple awards, but what drives me most is the magic of bringing bold ideas to life through form, function, and feeling.

I’m half Dutch and was born and raised in the Netherlands.

Beyond architecture, I’m also an investor — always exploring how thoughtful design and smart decisions can build lasting value. Life has taken me across several continents, each one leaving its mark in a different season of my journey. I’ve loved the movement, the change, the fresh perspectives. But now, I’m based in New York — for now. Who knows where the next chapter will lead?

I’m also a proud father to a wonderful daughter. I’m a widower, and while loss has shaped me, it has also deepened my gratitude and appreciation for what I get to build — in both work and life. After years of sketching skylines and laying down roots in passing cities, I feel it may be time to settle. Or maybe not. The next destination always has a way of finding me.
